Return & Exchange Policy

  • Our below policies lasts 30 days and the product(s) must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • We offer free exchanges for reasons such as sizing and damage issues. Please email us at cozy10163@gmail.com for a shipping label. We will ship out the exchange once we receive the product and check its condition.
  • We offer returns on our products, but the customer is kindly asked to be responsible for the shipping fees to send the product back to us. After checking its condition, we will issue a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, email us immediately. Please keep in mind that as we do pack orders quickly, we may not always be able to honor your request. 

Why do the products now feel different than the older ones?

  • During COVID our business experienced financial struggle and unfortunately could not continue business with the big manufacturer. We now produce our products at our home factory in Fukui, Japan which also means using slightly different yarn. Since the general material is softer (which we prefer!), it may feel different. This is also why we are only able to generate smaller quantities explaining why our products are oftentimes sold out for a longer period of time. However, we have not changed the copper complex material, so our products have the same effective benefits!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • After we receive your order, the processing time will usually take around 2-6 business days. After we ship it out, we have no control or guarantee regarding the speed of shipping as it depends on the carrier.
